What is SoFi? SoFi is an online bank that works just like any other bank! As a customer, you'll be able to open checking and savings accounts, apply for credit cards and loans, pretty much anything you'd be able to do at a regular bank.
Why do I love it? SoFi offers a High Yield Savings Account with an APY of 4.6%! For reference, the average APY for a savings account is .57%. Not sure what an APY is? Basically, it's how much your savings appreciates in a year. If you put $1000 in a typical savings account, after one year you will have earned about $5.70 in interest. If you put that same $1000 in the SoFi High Yield Savings Account, you will have earned approximately $46! That's more than 8x what you would have made in a standard account! SoFi also offers referral bonuses and a bunch of other perks to their members. You should always make sure to do your research before switching banks or opening new accounts, but if you decide SoFi is the online bank for you, please sign up using my referral link and we'll both get a little bit of extra cash deposited into our accounts!

What is Rakuten? Rakuten is a company that gives you cash back when you shop at certain online stores. Companies give Rakuten a commission for sending them business and Rakuten shares that commission with you in the form of cash back!
Why do I love it? I love Rakuten because I use it to get cash back on things that I was going to buy anyway! Every time I'm looking to buy something online, I check the Rakuten app before I pay to see if they have an offer for that store and if they do, I apply it and get cash back! And it's not just niche little shops, Rakuten has major retailers like Target, Macy's, Bed Bath and Beyond, Sam's Club, and many more so odds are that you could be saving money by using this app for your regular shopping! What is Factor? Factor is a meal delivery service. They deliver fully prepared meals to your doorstep every week that can be heated in the microwave in just two minutes!
Why do I love it? I love Factor because it makes my life so much easier and less complicated.
